Users are responsible for ensuring that all bank account details and payment information provided are accurate. v2043 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information, third-party banking system failures, or restrictions imposed by financial institutions.
All withdrawal requests are subject to the platform's verification process. Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the chosen withdrawal method. In cases where an account is closed due to a serious violation, any balance that has not met the applicable conditions may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the customer support team. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled and there are no active investigations relating to the account.
